An important part of the Birth Shop formula is to provide information on a wide range of topics relating to pregnancy, birth and parenthood. In the Information Corner there is a selection of books: the Birth Shop top forty children’s books, plus leaflets and videos. There is a children’s play area and it’s always possible to breastfeed. The Birth Shop is also great for expectant fathers, grandfathers, grandmothers, uncles and aunts! If it’s only for the information corner, the Birth Shop is worth a visit. But you can also find presents, toys, clothes for babies and toddlers, children’s furniture, books on parenting and fatherhood, and books for grandmas and granddads!
