Nevertheless, if you do have questions or complaints, you can discuss them with the maternity assistant or with the planner at the centre. We would urge you to discuss any complaints during the period of your maternity care, so that we are able to take measures to ensure that you still have a pleasurable experience. The planner can be contacted on 06 28909670 between 8.00am and 4.00pm, seven days a week. The Birth Centre has a complaints protocol and complaints regulations. This can be obtained from the centre’s planner. We also have privacy regulations governing the maternity care centre and assistants. These are also available from the planner.
