Talking about toddlers
Every year we hold five or six theme evenings on a variety of parenting topics. They are attended by eight to ten couples and led by one of the district paediatric nurses. Topics for discussion might be toilet training, crying, eating, sleeping, anger, setting limits, rewarding, play and toys, toddlers and television – the possibilities are endless. Everyone can contribute a subject of their choice.
Location: the Birth Centre clinic
Time: 7.30pm to 10.00pm
Cost: €75.00 per couple
The theme evenings are announced regularly at the clinic via posters or leaflets. |
