Massage

What do we stand for?

Pregnancy is a time to slow down and relax. Chronic stress has a negative effect on the baby’s growth and development in the womb. Different kinds of massage provide pleasant relaxation and can help you to break through stress and tension.
The first year after the birth is dynamic but hard. It takes nine months to make a baby and physically it takes another nine months before you’re totally back to your old self. The transition to motherhood is a huge turning point in your life. You need time and rest to recover from the birth. For breastfeeding to be successful it’s essential that you can relax. A calm, relaxed mother usually also has a calm baby. Of course that isn’t always possible at this hectic time. So a relaxing massage in the period after the birth isn’t just a luxury but often a necessity. Treat yourself to a wonderful massage. It doesn’t just relieve aches and pains in the pelvis, legs, back and shoulders, but also gives you the rest you sometimes vitally need to help you recover.
